My folks rented this farmhouse for $35 a month in the last 60's. At the time it was owned by Cleo Ludwick of L&K Restaurants. When we lived there, the outer animal bldgs shown on the right of the photo were not there and the barn had a fence around on the right side. I have lots of great childhood memories on this farm which is now gone.
