Definitely an older photo. The juncture of Grant and Plum Streets is at the center left edge. The catwalk in the center is over Lincoln Avenue, with Garfield Avenue at the right edge. At bottom center, where the cars are parked in a partial curved area, a tornado took out part of that wall in either the '50s or early '60s. That right of way is where the Piqua-Troy Branch of what is now CSX Railroad is located to this day. It now dead-ends on the campus of Upper Valley Medical Center after servicing Mennel Milling Co. (formerly Altman's Mill.)
Troy Sunshade Company as it was when I worked there in 1968. I'm looking for my car. I remember that the tornado took off the corner of the building. I helped make bank bags as a cloth cutter at Sunshade.
