Spinnaker Coating (used to be Brown Bridge Industries), behind the VanCleve Bldg. in Troy, Ohio.

My alma mater. From the looks of the river, this may have been about the time they were cutting the channel that runs behind the Brown-Bridge Co. The river in the early days went north from the dam at left edge, up and nest to Route 55 before returning to the current channel in the area of the Broadford bridge. The conservancy district basically traded the right to cut the channel for the land that now serves as Miami Shores Golf Course.
