This farm house and the barn are still there even as New Lebanon has been developed around it. I believe there is an old milestone in front of this house mimicking those of the National Road as there was a rogue cut-off in Springfield Ohio that diverted National Road traffic to Dayton then onto Eaton via this road and then to Richmond Indiana where it rejoined the true National Road.

The farm house remains with the stone pillars by the driveway. All the barns are gone. :( US 35 (Dayton Eaton Pike)
