I am President of the Roundtown Conservancy. We are currently restoring this house, originally the Gregg House, back to its 1856 glory
The house was moved about 1/4 mile to the east-northeast to make room for the Walmart. The M.M. Crites barn and silo are still in the original location behind the Walmart. The map has been updated with the correct location of the original photo.
Rather well-known octagonal house!
