North side of Rt 303 in Hudson, just west of Rt 91. The only thing remaining of this scene is the house in the middle. First St comes through here now. It was not there in 1982. The pin on the map is now correct.

Note the spur RR track in the lower left corner with a caboose and what I thought was an interurban car but my railroad guys tell me is a regular RR passenger car.

The railroad car was retail - a ice cream/soda shop; a clothing store (can’t remember which came first). The building at top, left of center was Marino’s Beverage , which was moved in the 90’s to approximately the upper left of the picture where the parking lot is shown. The parking lot in upper left was for the Morse Controls company. Morse was famous for mfg. bomb sights in WW II & marine controls for pleasure & commercial craft.
