US 50 Motel west of McArthur.

My parents owned this motel. I have many wonderful memories there.. I acutely got married in my parents living room which was also the motel office. Our parents gained some of their best friends over the years with returning renters, folks coming to hunt Southern Ohio. Our children also loved their time playing in the back acreage with their cousins, times they still talk and laugh about. OH if the walls could talk... How has it changed? Well after they retired and sold the property it begun going downhill. Now the place is full of junk cars and broken down buildings. I am sad...

Mullins Pizza was in the building in the lower left part of the picture until a few years ago. Moved into the diner in McArthur. Building is now empty.
