Dick Sheldt's Sun Fun travel trailers.

This was my Dad's business. We sold campers/travel trailers and also Toro riding and push lawn mowers. The little 3 bay garage the business is in is still there. It's on Montgomery Road (US 22/3) at the north end of Hamilton County. The brick building in the rear is still there and is a pet hotel now. The lot where the campers/trailers are is where John Bell's tobacco shop and a fastsigns store has been built. This is on the west side of 22/3 just before you get to Fields Ertel road (the Warren County border). Just out of the picture to the ride is the Mobil gas station (which is now a United Daire Farmers store after originally becoming a Bonnie Lynn bakery back in the day). I bought gas at the Mobil station in 1969 for 30-32 cents per gallon. :) As you scroll right you're heading north on 22/3.

Thanks, Gary. I pinned the location on the map. This location had sure changed since 1969!

I owe YOU thanks, mixdenny! I found this picture/site because I googled my Dad's name (RIP Dad) and you had included it in your description of this photo. I've become a big fan of vintage aerial and have bought a couple pictures already from them. As Bob Hope famously sang, "Thanks for the Memory" !
