In the lower left corner is a chicken coop that was on the Newell Newcomer farm. In the summer of 1963 I asked him for permission to marry his daughter, Sharon, while he was cleaning the coop.
The building no longer exists, and in its place is the new home of Glen Newcomer, the fifth generation of the family to own the farm since 1867.
