185 Oak Ridge Dr. Butler, Pa. From 1879 to 1911 this farmhouse was part of the 52 acre farm of Robert Anderson on the Pittsburgh - Butler Plank Rd ( now Old Plank Rd). My husband and I have owned this house for 25 years and have renovated, put on an addition and a wrap around porch. The bones of this house are solid and it just needed a LOT of TLC. We are only the 5th owners of this 140 year old home.
