This looks to be a farm on the hilly S-curve on Glendale Lake Road In Patton just outside Prince Gallitzin State Park. It's just before where you can turn left on Beaver Valley Road. The house and little building on the curve is still there. The barn was torn down a few years ago when they made the curve a little bit straighter.
