This is a farm that was owned by Merle Lerch, the barn has burned and the house is in disrepair. only one outbuilding still standing. Currently owned by Greenawalts.
That house is still occupied by 2 adults and 3 beautiful children this home is nice inside ! Yes it could use repairs but its not in disrepair
