I believe my grand parents built this it looks familiar does anyone if it near interstate 81 in Pennsylvania

Mix - I think this is the place and not the one you pined. The building shape is similar shape on the older aerials to the one you pinned—especially the driveway behind the building and the angled part of the structure.
