My recollection is that this used to be a greenhouse. It was torn down and ponds filled in during the early 1980's and is now a commercial development area just north of Sheets on Linglestown Rd.

I wish I remember more. It was torn down in early 80’s but the 1966 photo with the glass greenhouse, and ponds seems to confirm my recollection prior to seeing photo as either a greenhouse, nursery operation. Those with better memories or access to land records may confirm it to something else.
