This house does not stand anymore. It was located where the turnpike entrance is at Fort Littleton, Dublin Township. The Parsons family lived there and ran the Toll House Restaurant, Motel and Garage.

That is where my grandma lived. I have so many memories of that house.❤️

We love hearing stories from people connected to the photos on Vintage Aerial. Can you tell us more about growing up in that area? What was your favorite thing to do around there? Also, have there been any changes to the property or the surrounding area since this photo was taken in 1982?

I didn't grow up here. I just remember all the times coming up to see my grandma and all the things in her house. There is another photo in this set that shows the garage, gas station, motel and restaurant. My mother used to clean the rooms in the motel to make money. I remember playing in the office with the cash register and can't credit card machine. That house was actually purchased (bought out by the state to make way for the turnpike interchange) and moved several miles down the road. It was fascinating to watch.
