Broad top city post office building is still present

Hi Mark,
Do you happen to know what is behind the post office, they look like gas pumps?

Alexis. Not sure my first thought was gas pumps but there is grass on both sides no evidence of people driving close. On the right is a place to walk up my only thought was mailboxes for drop off or pick up but don’t know for sure
