This is Seiler Elementary School on South Barbara Street, which has been demolished.
No, this is actually Grandview Elementary School, which was also demolished. Good memories of that place!
That’s Seiler. Grandview had a pretty steep bank above the teacher’s parking lot and then Orchard Road and the Barnhart (?) house and barn on the north side.
