This is the house I grew up in. Most of the trees in the picture have died. The fence around the house is no longer there; the pool and swingset and sand box are also long gone. The gardens by the shed are also long removed. The pine tree by the house had gotten so big you had to walk under it to get to the cars and that was removed because of the sap everywhere.
I fear the house itself is a lost cause. It is just too old and of a peculiar construction.
