My Grandfathers niece and her husband owned a grocery store on the bottom floor of the building on the left for many years during the 1960's. That building is no longer there, it was torn down to create a road, now the intersection of Carlisle Road and High Street. The building on the right is still standing.

Hello Betsy,
Did the grocery store have a name? I pinned its location on the map. Does this look correct?

Nathan, the building on the left is no longer there, it is part of where High Street intersects Carlisle. The spot you show on the map is the building to the right. i am not sure of the name of the grocery store in the building on the left, but my Grandfathers niece's husband was named Donald Myers. The store in the building to the right was a piano store at one time, not sure of the name of that store either other than it had pianos in the window when i was a little girl. There were apartments upstairs of those buildings, my grandfather's brother and his wife lived there. Their daughter's (my grandfather's niece) husband operated/ran the store. I can remember the inside of the store in vivid detail, but do not remember if it had a name. -Betsy
