3311 East Market Street, York PA 17402 - Modernaire Motel

We are currently restoring the vintage neon sign that has stood along the Lincoln Highway here since the late 1950's. A developer is planning to demolish this mid-century unique streamline modern motel building in front. The rooms in the back and swimming pool were added later.
