Buildings of Lyndon Institute along modern-day King Drive (where the cars are parked here), as well as 12 King Drive (bottom left).
At the bottom is T.H. Baker Hall, which today houses the adult education, transportation, and technical education office as well as classrooms. Behind it is known as The Creamery, used for specialized education offices; the grassy area in front of this building has since been paved for parking. The large almost L-shape building is the Vail Barn, used today for agriculture, outdoor recreation, and environmental conservation projects/classes, as well as the student center and work based learning areas. There three buildings have changed very little on the exterior since this photograph was taken, other than the addition of a small pitched roof above the doorways of the Vail Barn.
Out of the structures seen here the most changed is the flat-roofed building, who has since had the windows replaced with smaller ones and the garage door updated. Called the King Building today, the building was expanded to the right and the roof pitch was lifted to help with snow removal at some point. A new, small gable-front garage was built as a bus barn in the grassy area where the truck is parked here. The open-air sheds at the back have added small front pitches to the rooves and been clad in an aluminum or vinyl siding. 12 King Street, whose front and bay window can be seen, is known as the Pearl House. It looks much the same, though the large trees are gone.
