Is that who built/first owned the property? Do you have a personal connection to the property?
Yes! I own it now
it was built by the Wood family and was originally called Union. then the Sandy family bought it in 1859 and changed the name to Woodlawn. There is another Woodlawn not far so this one was referred to as Woodlawn Sandy.
