At the time of this photo, this house was occupied by Atlee Stiff. The visible road here is a driveway; the actual road (Route 601) is hidden under the trees to the left. Not shown in the photo is the hay rake that we borrowed each year, in exchange for a loan of our baler; it was stored up the driveway to the right.
