This looks like the High's Dairy Store located off Route 45 about one mile West of Shepherdstown, Wv. The Area behind it was the Old Horace Cook Farm that was being developed into the Mechlenburg Heights Subdivision. At that time the brick rancher just west of the High's store was owned by Roy Stroupe.
