This farm was owned by my parents Cletus and Alice Daniels who purchased it in
1966 and farmed it until Dad's death in 1980 at which time my brother Clarence and his wife married took over the farm operation. They currently own and farm there; however, the corner of Hwy 83 and 50 now has a gas station. And, the Hwy. 50 widening project moved the highway closer to the farm buildings and consumed some of the farm fields on the south end of the farm.

The buildings in the foreground are the neighborhood of New Munster and the road comes to the slight west of st alphonsus church from OLD GENEVA ROAD which was the main drag before STH 50
