At this time it was the Belmont Town Hall! Used to be used for numerous community functions - dances, voting, Ladies Aid meetings, parties, etc. Place was sold and a new hall built - nice place but lacks the history this one has. I remember going to Rusty Cardin's birthday party here years ago.

My husband, Mark Duerr and I currently own this magnificent piece of history. We both admired the building separately, before we knew each other, for 25 years. Then, four months after we were married, it fell into our laps.
