The arch on the left gives this one's location away. It's currently the entrance to an RV park. It might have been here too in '80. Where the house on the right is, is now a Subway restaurant.

As seen on StreetView, this building (The Don Lee Extension Center) looks exactly the same (except for the road being widened and the lot to the right being built up). The building looks the same 44 years later.
