As of October 2024 StreetView shows this intersection has barely changed in 41 years. The Menard dealership still has those long signs up.

According to StreetView The Hen House was torn down between 2009 & 2016. A Road Ranger was built in its place. The Hen House sign appeared to be in good condition 29 after this photo was taken.

This is the intersection of US51 & Fairman Rd in Odin, IL just north of Sandoval, IL. According to StreetView sometime between 2008 & 2016 the Fairman Meat Processing building worn torn down.

According to StreetView this was Fast lanes Auto Mechanic. It seems to have closed sometime in 2025. The building hasn't changed, much except for the gas pumps being removed at some point 20+ years previous.

As of June 2026 according to StreetView this building is known as S & S Auto Repair at 203 E Division St in Fisher, IL The gas pumps have been gone for a long while. The pole that the FS (Fast Stop) sign is on was still up until sometime in 2023.

SW corner of US 30 & US 52 north of Amboy, IL. According to StreetView these buildings looked somewhat the same up until 2023. Now, it's known as Slots R Us Lounge.

This scene is 100% unrecognizable today. This building still stands and is a bicycle shop. The suburban sprawl enveloped all around this building circa 2001
