The current Parkland Hotel. The only buildings remaining are motel rooms. Most of the front of the property has been torn down. The building on the right center is part of the Parkland Hotel complex. Parkway and Shields.

The Parkland Hotel, 3095 N Parkway Drive, Fresno County. Building is no longer there after freeway 99 was realigned slightly to the west to make room for California High Speed Rail project. The gas station, 3110 W. Shields Ave, seen at the back left side of this photo does still exist.
