Barn is now locatation of McDonalds/gas Station before they re-routed 12/120 intersections. House gone, is now Munson Marine. Gas stations on both those corners are gone. Building on a angle to intersection is still there as of 2018. But it is now more boat storage.

Joe Wiser Farm

The road in the lower portion of the photo was the original Rte. 120 (Belvidere Rd) at the Rte. 12 intersection in Volo before it was a village. In the upper right hand corner of the photo, above the Joe Wiser farm is the original Gilmer Rd. intersection with Rte. 12. Since this photo, Rte. 120 was widened and changed to bypass the so-called downtown Volo. At the Rte. 120 and Rt. 12 intersection, N. Gilmer Rd. was closed to its access to the highway intersection at this junction and rerouted to near the pasture above behind the barn. The name of the old Rte. 120 was changed to Volo Village Rd.
