The Weingart farm located at 1714 W Rte. 120 east of McHenry and west of Lakemoor. Charles "Chuck" Weingart (1922-1991) and Marie (Lay) Weingart (1918-2016) were the owners. Chuck was president of the McHenry County Farm Bureau (1953-1957), McHenry County Board (1961-1992), president of the McHenry County Fair Association (1969-1989) and a board of director of the McHenry Savings Bank. The buildings still exist today.
