That was the David and Alvada Tingley property. The original house burned in the mid fifties. The house pictured was built and owned by Howard and Dorothy (David and Alvada’s daughter) Taylor. Howard and Dorothy Taylor donated the land that the West Chapman Advent Christian Church is located on
