This is the Chip Bull home to the right of the Kempton home.

This is not the Chip Bull home, it is 262 Parsons Rd.; Home of George Appleton Parsons and later his step-granddaughter Alice Kimball. At one point, it was later the home of the McClusky's. It was built in 1886.

Do you have a personal connection to this property? Do you know if there has been changes made to the property in the last 60 years?

Yes, I purchased the home March of 2021. Many changes; The shed in back is no longer there; the garage has been re-done; the driveway is a horseshoe in the front now, not around the house; there is more of a lawn in the front. Inside, windows, walls, floors all being redone now. And it has a new porch.
