Charles Lindquist settled here on the south shore of Otrey Lake sometime before 1899. The Lindquist family continued to own this farm for many years after that (at least until the 80's), but always rented it out. It was apparently vacant during the 30's, then Robert or W.J. Logan rented it in the 50's. In the 60's it was rented by DeWayne & Idella Ross, then Val & Lois Rogenbuck. By the 70's it was vacant, and appears to be abandoned in this photo. Some of the buildings are still there today.
