My grandparents bought this place from the Wrede Bros. in June of 1951. We still own it today. House is still there. It was bulit in 1967. It has been remodeld and a double stall garage added. The granary and chicken coop are gone as well as a couple other smaller outbuildings. My grandparents gave $40800.00 for the 160 acres and that included the building site.
