This is the northeast corner of the intersection of US Highway 206 (on the right) and Monmouth Rd (County Rd 537), about 3 miles northeast of Mount Holly NJ. The Clover Diner is now the Esquire Diner (2678 Route 206, Mount Holly NJ), and the large neon signs on the roof are gone.

Eight years later and it is now the Pandora Diner.
