New Hope Church Rd on the Wake/Chatham Co line near the junction with Yates Store Road. As of 2020 most recent owner is Vernon Yates, owner of Yates Store. Prior owners were his father Donnie Yates, and his grandfather, Charles W Yates. Prior to Charles W Yates, the farm belonged to Bennett Batchelor who purchased it from the Estate of Westin Yates (d. 1832), son of Alsey Yates and Cynthia Beasley who had owned the land before that.
