This is a very interesting old building just west of New Hampshire that looks like it was built in the late 1800's; perhaps it was an old fire house?
Believe I ran across an article somewhat that this was a powerhouse during the interurban era of the early 1900's.
My "interurban guys" identified it as an Ohio Electric sub station. Here it is with an interurban car:
