This is the rear entrance to the Fayette county fairgrounds off of Fairview ave
Nothing left of the building in front other than the parking lot and a rough outline of the building in the pavement.
Anderson's Restaurant.
Fayette County Fairgrounds Ohio. 213 Fairview Ave, Washington Court House OH 43160. My dad's side of the family went to the Miami Trace school district. My uncle and cousins grew up in Washington Court House OH. I believe both of his daughters were Fair Queens at different points. I only ever watched a demolition derby there once. Most of the time I was there to support and cheer on family in 4H competitions. Many good memories.
The man kneeling by the car on Fairview Avenue is George Henry Wonderleigh. I married his daughter Debbie in 1981. He was probably washing off the wheels on his car. He always kept his car spotless!
