Many of the building from this farm are still standing however the farm house partly hidden by the trees was struck by lighting and burned down around 2010. A modern home was built in it's place. The area to the left and behind the large barn is in the process of being developed into another neighborhood.

This homestead was ALSO hit by the 2019 Memorial Day Tornado which badly damaged the large barn with the silo and knocked over several trees that had been planted along the lane after this photo had been taken.

This farm was owned by the Shawhan family.
