North side of Neal Zick Rd, Willard. Previously named Fort Ball Rd. Across from photo 7 and 8. Only the house and garage remain. Also photo 9.

The eastern portion of Fort Ball Rd was renamed in honor of a popular councilman on November 22, 1967.
