Rt 20 just east of the Western Reserve Schools, west of Wakeman. The small building with the false front was listed in the 1969 county directory as an "Indian Artifacts Museum". It is up on cribbing and in the process of being moved on Dec 3, 2016.
This was the Thomas Elmslie farm. He was a geologist who gave talks on the history of Ohio.
