Blue Fly House built 1849. Razed Feb. 2026 after roundabout built and house being hit by cars so damaging it that there was no realistic way to keep it.

What does the "Blue Fly House" mean, David?
mixdenny, it operated as the Blue Fly Inn & Tavern from 1849 until after the Civil War. The area was known as Blue Fly Corner. It was later a private residence with a community hall on the second floor. From 1915 the Mahl family then lived and operated Blue Fly Farms here.
