The Ranch House Motel on the south side of Rt 18 west of Whitehead Rd, Penfield. Just east of the old Klaholz Machine Shop. It was operated for 30 years by Carl Raybuck and his wife. Part of that time the 6 unit motel was converted to a 3 unit apartment. It is still there today and looks just the same.
