Wright State University - Lake Campus
It was the Western Ohio Branch Campus of Wright State or WOBC for short back when this photo was taken. Attended there in the Spring of 1985 and had a WOBC sticker in the back window of my car.. Additional buildings have been added since then including a marina in the top left corner of this photo as well as apartments just to the right of the photo.
