St. Wendelin School

St. Wendelin High School (focal point), 533 North County Line Street; Holmes Elementary School (upper left), 500 Parkway Drive; Flechtner Meat Packing Company? (middle left); A&P parking lot (lower left), 534 North County Line Street; Fostoria, Ohio.
Today (2017), all buildings still exist with the exception of Flechtner Meat Packing. Holmes is now the administration offices for Fostoria City Schools, A&P is now an Advance Auto Parts store, and St. Wendelin closed at the end of the 2016-2017 school year.

Almost everything in this picture is gone now. The houses in front of Flechtner were demolished to build an O’Reilly Auto Parts, St. Wendelin is the current site of a Casey’s Gas Station (still being constructed as of Feb. 2025), and Holmes is gone.
