This pic was taken around the time my grandparents purchased this property. We lived here, swam here, fished here, I could go on and on but let's just say most of my childhood memories are here.
Crystal Lake Park. Address at this time was 4848 Crystal Lake Ave. Address has since been changed to a High Mill address.
yes cristal lake park dont think i ever swam there i fished and remmber going to a party there had friends that lived in the trailer park and remmer my dad giving an old guy rides home from the bar wasnt long ago i remmbered his name but he lived in a small home/ shack there ! could have bin Kliney
William Hensel...You are correct about Kliney. His "home" (I remember it being more of a shack as well) would have been just out of the frame of this pic on the top left corner. His actual name was Kline Quigley (I had to call my mom and my aunt to get that info...lol).

My grandfather co-owned it with possibly Jack Rhine up until his death in 1971.
Hi J,
Do you happen to remember any other details about the property or the area during that time? We love hearing stories about Stark County in the late '60s and early '70s. It's amazing to see how much the area has changed since then. Thanks for being part of the Vintage Aerial community!
