Motel.

Rachel & Phil's motel. little league ballfield visible to the left. country ball, no turf. lol. they were kind enough to sponsor the uniforms for our little league team.

Rachel and Phil who owned the 20 Mile House at the time also owned this motel on the property. This was all part of the property located at 20 Mile Stand (now Landen) at Montgomery Road (US 22/3) and Columbia Road. To the left of the picture you can see the scoreboard for a little league baseball field. The ball field stood on the grounds that is today a Larosa's pizzeria restaurant and Sonic drive in restaurant.
