known back then as Virginia Fiber Paper Mill and what is Greif Bros. Riverville Mill today.
Robert Conover "Bob" Macauley used to own the original paper mill at this location, and used to reside at nearby Edgehill Plantation. He was famous for flying 300 orphaned children in Vietnam back to the states.
