This is the Northwest corner of the intersection of 12th Street (aka Hwy E or Somers Road) and 88th Avenue (aka Hwy H). I lived across the street (Northeast corner) in the 1980s. The land directly North of it now belongs to Shoreland Lutheran High School for athletic fields.
