The building is labeled "Niagara" in a cursive script. The Niagara Chair Company. Located 1/3 mi south of the Rt 18/Atlantic Road intersection. Building was demolished between 1984 and 2008. Now just an empty lot.

Same building as 4-OCR-2 (1969), 97-TCW-27 (1984).
